After attaining a communications degree from Loyola University, Diana forged an expertise in database and digital marketing working for companies such as Apple Computer, Royal Caribbean, and Carnival Cruise Lines. While at Carnival, Diana spearheaded the design and management of the most visited website in the cruise industry, managed the company’s CRM and analytics, in addition to supervising a multi-million dollar search and internet advertising budget. Additionally, she led the first ever cruise-related social networking site which was featured in Forbes Magazine.

As the internet’s role in real estate grew more crucial, Carole contracted Diana in 2006 to solidify her leadership in strategic marketing and digital real estate related endeavors. As a result, Diana has managed Carole’s standout marketing efforts for over a decade – ranging from branding to website development as well as lead generation, email marketing and digital advertising presence. Her efforts compliment Carole’s goal of showcasing her clients’ properties in the best light and reaching the audience with highest propensity to purchase a client’s home.

When not geeking out about analytical trends and marketing advancements, Diana relishes her time with her husband of 20+ years and her two teen sons while she all but forces them to chase sunsets with her. A foodie and bubbly aficionado, Diana also enjoys travel, reading, and social justice issues.
