Kefryn is a third-generation Miami Realtor who understands that buying or selling a home is more than just a transaction: it’s a life-changing experience. Fluent in English and Spanish, Kefryn’s down-to-earth personality makes her easy to work with. She is detail-oriented and prides herself on researching every aspect of a transaction to ensure the best experience for her clients. Her extensive international experience and community networks provide an invaluable asset to her practice and clientele.

Kefryn has been a licensed real estate sales associate for more than a decade and enjoys working in a field that gets her out and about in the community she loves. Prior to joining The Carole Smith Team, Kefryn worked at the University of Miami where she coordinated study abroad programs throughout Latin America and Spain. As director of the Office of Prestigious Awards and Fellowships, she built a program that guided UM students to win over 200 nationally competitive awards. Kefryn also served on the University’s task force for Civic and Community Engagement and is an alumna of the Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce Leadership Miami program.

Kefryn was raised in Kendall and educated in the Miami-Dade public schools. She is a graduate of Boston College and holds a Master’s degree in Spanish from Florida International University. Having lived and studied in Argentina, Venezuela, and Spain on a Fulbright scholarship, she believes that sometimes you have to leave home to find home. Kefryn currently resides in Shenandoah with her husband and two children where she can walk up to Calle Ocho for live music and a cafecito.
